I'm also an attorney, but this is not legal advice.)<p>There is a channel in pretty much every company, large or small, for reporting copyright violations and other legal complaints. That channel is the legal department (in the US, the DMCA contact point), not the customer service department. They're not trained to help in these cases, and don't always have the authority to short-circuit the bureaucratic process like the legal department does.
