There are plenty of managed marketplaces for professional and personal business services for finance (Toptal, Visor, Atrium) some of which can be used for personal financial services (do my taxes) but none to create a link between those seeking personalized financial advice and those providing it.
As either a 1) consumer of financial advice (e.g. how much can I contribute to IRA? how should I invest my 401k? how to invest my extra cash?) or a 2) provider of financial advice (e.g. registered investment advisor in the US) would you use a managed marketplace to buy or sell personalized financial advice? I should add this is not generic "on a blog" or "something posted on money.stackexchange.com", this is the equivalent of going into your local AG Edwards or Chase and sitting down with an advisor.
Assume that the platform has trust mechanics built in (e.g. vetting, escrow services, dispute resolution).
Again, think UpWork for personalized financial advice.
