We are two founders, one with more equity than the other. We are incorporating as a Delaware C-Corp.<p>Our lawyer asked us if "only one, or both, of you will be serving as a director and if there is anyone else who will serve in that capacity".<p>Should we have only one director, or two, or add another one? Or it doesn't matter at this (very early) stage?
