I was running app campaign my App it was running fine for 30 Days and all of sudden it stopped. 0 Installs.<p>Here is how Google Ads support executive responded to me:<p>Day 1 - Sir some data issue so its not reflecting app installs data campaign is running fine you can see after 24 hours. Do not need to worry.<p>Day 2 - (After 24 hour same issue 0 installs, 0 impressions.) Seems like CPA is low. Dumbos the campaign was running for my bid for 30+ days and all of sudden CPA effected and from 200+ downloads a day to 0 it went so? Call disconnected. He didnt know what to answer and just put up random thing.<p>Day 3 - Some sane guy came to support and said some issue is there I am raising ticket. Seems like some technical glitch. May be you can try duplicate campaign it should sort.<p>Day 6 - This guy is another super dumb head comes up and says
Sir issue is with the payments. Can you make a manual payment of 2000 INR it should fix up. I did it. Still campaign not working.
Called him same day says sorry sir seems like CPA is low.
I raised to 5Rs from 2Rs.<p>Day 8 - Another dumb Vikram comes up what he speaks even
he doesnt know... says create new campaign it will start working in 2 days.
Waited 2 days nothing working.<p>Day 10 - Calls and says sorry sir there is some techncial issue nothing can be said what the issue is when the issue will be fixed nor what the alternative is. So you need to wait. No other anwswer. When I asked what can be done he disconnected the call :(<p>Why I am running ads?
