A meaningful discussion revolving the “ageism in tech” topic happened after we soft launched NoAgeismInTech here https:&#x2F;&#x2F;news.ycombinator.com&#x2F;item?id=20252097<p>Something I noticed when, say the 35+ years-old (https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.forbes.com&#x2F;sites&#x2F;marenbannon&#x2F;2019&#x2F;04&#x2F;10&#x2F;the-biggest-bias-in-tech-that-no-one-talks-about&#x2F;) look for new opportunities, some things like average staff age, no-crazy hours, flexible working hours, interview process, some perks, etc have a higher impact over on-site gym, video-games, etc.<p>Should companies focus more on that to attract 35+ professionals?
