So WoW Classic launched last night and it looks like over a million people were in the login queue (going off of various Twitch streams and my own 1.5 hour wait in the queue). I don’t know if this is a one off or not yet, but seeing that many people on a product launch made a good impression on me.<p>Anyone on HN returning to WoW Classic? What made the original game great to play? How does it compare with the current expansion?<p>And before someone asks “WhY iS tHiS oN Hn????”, WoW Classic is still a product launch that we can all discuss and learn from.
