I was introduced to the concept just a couple of days ago I'm pretty intrigued (I couldn't find a lot of reviews about it).<p>- Anyone uses it daily successfully? any tips?

- Is it possible to write tests and the other writes code in parallel or does it ruin the whole concept?<p>TLDR: A type of pair programming where one writes a test, then the other tries to get it to pass. Afterward, they swap. I'd like to get your thoughts about it.
