Other than a better experience (less time, better customer support, unified access to financial data within the same bank) while dealing with a bank, what is the need of a neo/challenger bank? I mean, I want to interact with my bank as little as possible. As long as I can access my money at any time using whichever means I want, what else do I need?<p>On the backend, I agree, there's ample much to be done to upgrade legacy banking systems and has its own challenges (opportunities).<p>What features or products, are you as a user, looking for in a neo/challenger bank that will significantly improve your banking experience? What will create a differentiated banking experience between neo/challenger banks. I cannot seem to think of many, honestly.
