Hi<p>I'm working in a company that provides energy, insurance and broadband to consumers. We've just launched a mobile selfcare app - and are looking for baseline numbers in terms of engagement.<p>My theory is that in we can't really compare our engagement to the engagement of mainstream consumer apps like Facebook, TikTok, Spotify etc. As there is no reason for a consumer to user our app every day.<p>Currently users can see their bills (usually billed monthly), manage their subscriptions, see their energy usage, chat with customer service etc.<p>Do you have any comparable numbers on expected engagement of a consumer selfcare app?<p>Thanks in advance!
