I am currently a lead TPM at a fully remote organization. We are struggling to provide the right level of insight into the business teams on the status of projects currently in flight. For the day to day, these sorts of updates to critical projects happen in disparate slack channels or emails and are hard to get a clear overview of.<p>We have a bi-weekly slide presentation with the status of every squad and project, that somewhat achieves this goal. However, the frequency of this deck means it can't be used on a day to day basis.<p>What methods have your teams used for asynchronous updates? I'm wondering if we can somehow automate the bi-weekly update as an aggregate of more often daily updates (but I need a way to keep this lite touch).
