Ask HN: Any explicable reason for the synchronized drop in stocks at 12:45PM ET?

I wish I could post pictures here. But my iPhone stocks app shows a synchronized 2% drop all at the same time. Yet, no news points to explain or attempt to explain the drop. Anything I missed?
