I am curious about your experiences regarding feedback after the interview process, specific to individuals and organizations outside of the United Sates. Do you receive constructive criticism? Data on how well you performed? I perceive the interview process as a time to learn more about myself, my strengths, and my weaknesses - what I should be working on for future interviews. I live and work in the United States, and out of thousands of interviews, I can count on my hand the number of organizations that have provided feedback when I have requested it. There seems to be a dominating fear of liability lawsuit on the organizational side here in the states - anything considered 'discrimination' can be grounds for litigation. Do other cultures treat their peers with respect and constructive information? Is this merely a cultural phenomenon -reality or an administrative malpractice? Any insight would be appreciated. Cheers!
