Ask HN: How do you build dashboards to monitor your ground teams in a city?

Hi HN! If you belong to a company with any ground operations, how do your city and ops teams measure area performance?<p>Do you have an internal dashboard or do you use a BI? If you have internal dashboards, how do you update metrics on it and maintain it?<p>If you use BI, how do you go more granular than areas? I am talking specifically about orders, routes, users and so on!
