We're at 25 employees. Prod/Eng documentation, ticket, sprint, etc. planning is a well-oiled machine, using confluence/jira as the back-end. A number of other point solutions (e.g. Gusto for HR) are in place and work fine. But quite a few broader team things - including marketing updates, roadmap reviews, culture discussions, are ad hoc, and the deliverables hard to follow up on, or at least siloed in various people's personal to-do systems. Or get lost in slack. Even the systematized things, e.g. weekly metrics reviews, are a bit too document-based, or was a more meeting-based culture before covid. WFH during covid is obviously putting increased pressure on these practices overall.<p>We're doing an internal review and looking for best practices. What works well for you?
