Working mostly remote creates some new challenges in innovation and creative process. Coming from a Nordic country where a lot of creativity and discussion around new ideas happen around FIKA, lunch, pokeing someone on the shoulder and asking do discuss when oneself is most engaged around a new idea. It feels like the edge is taken away when having to schedule time with someone when an idea hits you. How do you do? Have you changed something since covid/lockdowns hit?
While writing this question a thought popped into my mind: Maybe it's actually better like this. Now I/we have to think the idea through before "wasting" someone else's time.<p>I guess I'm looking for:
1. Have you actually changed anything in your team/organization with regards to innovation?
2. If you were a (mostly or only) remote working company. How have you approached innovation?
