LCEVC (mpeg5) gets 28% gain over H.264/AVC at 3x Encoding speed

There are more results on lcevc.org and more are coming out. Itself, LCEVC is agnostic to the underlying 'base' codec so it does enhance h.264, HEVC and AV1. Also EVC/VVC in the future, when they are available.

Very interesting. Are there any results using HEVC or AV1?
