Man. I blew the whistle once on a boiler room and said "NO" to the magic question (made by the SEC over the phone - no docs). I told them I felt like I was stupid to take the boiler room's advice and deserved my market losses, and that the $1000 advisory fee had been refunded by the credit card. I received email for about 3 years about 2 and then just one guy that were/was locked up for the scam.
