GitHub Actions VMs updated to Node 14 with short notice

If you rely on the behaviour of <i>any</i> specific version of <i>anything</i> in your stack you should be pinning your environment to that version explicitly. Lack of notice on changes becomes a bigger problem if you rely on defaults.
