Bootstrap needs a design update. It looks quite dated compared to Tailwind.

An alternative is [Bulma](<a href="https://bulma.io/" rel="nofollow">https://bulma.io/</a>) that has the similar components but simpler and easier to learn.

Cool! RTL support is coming to Bootstrap itself (rather than having to use rtlcss to flip all your CSS during build time).
