Corporate America has decided that racial diversity in itself is the pre-eminent goal, taking precedence over treating every human fairly and equitably as an individual rather than as the member of some group.<p>Given the false premise that maximizing diversity optimizes fair treatment and productivity, yes, it follows that race-conscious policies produce the graduates that corporate America wants.
