Ask HN: Does Apple Neural Engine Have an SDK or Library?

I have been searching on the internet, and it seems like it requires the application to be whitelisted by Apple. Is that correct?

The SDK is CoreML: <a href="https://developer.apple.com/documentation/coreml" rel="nofollow">https://developer.apple.com/documentation/coreml</a><p>As far as I'm aware, no special entitlements are required to use CoreML.
