Would also extremely helpful to add keyword searching to filtering. Additionally, as a hiring manager for a Kubernetes role, it would interesting to know how this is being populated.

I think adding some more filtering options to this will be pretty essential for any serious job search. Most of us are likely only going to entertain options in our local area or remote.
