WHO WE ARE<p>We're a small team working on indexing, search, mobile, UI, NLP, machine learning, and massive scaling (to name a few).<p>We're based in SOMA in San Francisco and offer competitive salary, equity, and benefits.<p>We push hundreds of code changes a week - the product looks different at the end of the day than it did when the day started.<p>We use, create, and contribute to open source projects.<p>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR<p>We're looking for great engineers. Search experience is not required but is a definite plus.<p>You should love using code to solve hard problems. You should know the fastest way to do something - which sometimes means the least CPU cycles and sometimes means the least programmer cycles. Your knowledge of data structures and algorithms should be solid - whether you learned it at a university, from a book, or through experience. You'll commit code your first day.
