Why do you think the skills would change?<p>As someone who has done both remote and in-person management, some of the tools you use are different and you have to be conscious of different things (e.g. how much time the team has to socialize), but the skills are the same.<p>The most important thing is to trust your employees (no time tracking, no always-on video, etc.) and if you don't trust them, replace them.
