Dozens of Massachusetts lawmakers ask Comcast Xfinity to scrap planned data cap

This plan has been in effect in most of California for a long time. I had to spend 45 minutes negotiating with them to get rid of this cap for my account. Otherwise the official option is to pay an extra flat fee every month to avoid the cap.
