Hi Hacker News. Looking for resources--books, articles, online courses, practical guides, personal anecdotes, et cetera--that cover the topic of commercializing new technologies and bringing innovations to market. Curious to know how startups and tech firms approach this in the past, and what differentiates the failures from the successes. Any resources you know of for technologists interested in diving into the business side of this question?
I think by definition you won't find what you're looking for inasmuch as a new technology changes everything. You can research the biographies of tech giants, but I don't think that'll help with your particular setup.
