Since it was not mentioned in the article...Just gonna put a vote in for Phx.<p>Decent cost of living and communities<p>Lots of local tech opportunities<p>Good weather &#x2F; no mosquitos<p>PS: summer here is no worse then winter in a cold state. You just run the AC instead of the heat.

We really need some numbers here; I am guessing this is a tiny percent of the population.
