Personally, I get a bigger chuckle out of the HTTP Header <i>X-Build-Back-Better: <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;usds.gov&#x2F;apply" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;usds.gov&#x2F;apply</a></i> more than I do the HTML comment.
