We're a German startup in post-seed / pre-series A stage and are looking for capable engineers. As anyone who's gone through this pain might know - easier said than done.<p>So here's my question to all of you startup founders and leaders in Germany: How do you approach tech recruiting?
I’d recommend Thryve (I’m a customer) - they’re a recruitment agency that specialises in Germany.<p>I know that’s not the answer you wanted, but it’s worth it for the right talent and allowing yourself to concentrate on other things.
