From applying all the way down to accepting the offer, what is the most annoying part of the job search for you? Not necessarily most difficult, but most annoying<p>What do you do to mitigate it?
1) External application systems (when Indeed and LinkedIn link to a new Workday/custom application system, where I have to manually fill out individual fields and re-submit my entire resume)<p>2) Getting through the ATS<p>3) A|B Testing -- Wondering how I might have improved my odds of getting a non-rejection (interview offer)<p><pre><code> - would a Masters degree or MBA have helped me?

- would different keywords have helped?
- would a different design have helped?

The phrase "too senior." There isn't much you can do about that. I just find it ironic that they claim to want so much experience and knowledge, and then draw the line at people who are old enough to have reached those lofty goals.
