In the process of going through and disabling as much data collection in Facebook as possible, I stumbled upon an entry for Lastpass in the Off-Facebook Activity page, showing 30 sent interactions (!).<p>I was already leaving Lastpass after the recent news about the trackers they use in their Android app, but seeing this just made me go straight in and delete my account. Why would they do this? I was already a Premium subscriber for years, so advertising is irrelevant. It's really disappointing that an app that had access to see/fill every screen on my phone had an active connection to Facebook all this time.<p>Briefly searching for this, I could only find this unnerving response to a user question: https://www.facebook.com/LastPass/posts/i-see-in-the-off-facebook-activity-control-that-you-are-sharing-user-information/10157863906099371/<p>"LastPass does not share any of our customer's private information with third parties as a standard rule to protect your data. The data that can be mined would be your public browsing history, which your web browser stores until cleared."
