Do you worry about "Surf-By" WCAG Lawsuits?
https://www.jdsupra.com/legalnews/surfin-usa-website-accessibility-9470297/
HN has nearly 300 WCAG "errors": https://wave.webaim.org/report#/https://news.ycombinator.com/
If you do worry about these (imo) troll lawsuits, what can we do to fortify our sites?
Thanks!
> What can we do to fortify our sites?
You can make your sites pass the WCAG test criteria. I work in the public sector where we get hits by concerns like this all the time. So we fix our sites. And we still find people who dig deeper and find more ways we aren't compliant. So we fix our sites. Whether or not there are trolls at the bottom of a complaint, this is just part of our job, so we do it.
