This is what you get when a procrastination researcher takes on weight loss. It started as a passion project of mine when I was still doing my PhD. I developed a method for helping people follow through on their intentions by spending a few seconds a day reflecting on what they already know what works for them and why their goal matters.<p>The research was pretty successful (won a few awards, and was featured by the BBC).<p>Over 600 people have used the platform now. So far Contemplate is doing what it says on the box.
