Every week I run into issues planning meals to cook for the week for myself and my family.<p>It's the hardest thing I've done in my life. The planning, the grocery shopping, figuring out what ingredients to buy for simple, healthy fast meals to cook.<p>How have you all hacked your meal planning / cooking to make it easier?
The usual advice is that most people eat the same few meals over and over again.<p>So just learn to get good at cooking one meal, then two meals, and pretty soon you have all the meals.
