Is the TL;DR of this really that it's hard to get people to invest in restaurants (cause they fail) so the fix is sell them as NFTs?<p>Really?<p>The blockchain does not change fundamental supply and demand, not even for restaurant investments. It certainly doesn't change the profitability of any restaurants nor give people a reason to invest in them.
