I tried to enroll and during the last step of the process I received a notice saying that my enrollment couldn't be processed. I emailed Apple Support and this is what they wrote.<p>> Thank you for contacting Apple Developer Program Support. If you have additional questions related to this request, please reference case number: XXXXXXXXXX<p>Does anyone know how to address this and why they are so evasive about giving directions to resolve this issue? For context, I am an American living in Taiwan. I tried using a VPN to see if it was geolocation issue. I also tried to create a completely new Apple ID (I was using my "normal" one) but that didn't work either.
