You can unlock selected apps for a limited period by adding usage intention to the app.<p>Additionally, the app has an iOS 14 Widget that reminds add intention right on the home screen, keywords daily limits, additional intention check like "captcha"(to check that you do not open apps on autopilot).<p>I would be thankful for trying app and sharing your thoughts.
