How is your experience of finding customer support? Just to be clear, I am not talking about the experience of going through customer support, ie: when the customer support agent puts you on hold for twenty minutes. I am talking about the experience of how you actually find customer support, ie: finding customer support email visiting the company’s ‘contact us’ page.
Unless it is a big company like Google, I have never found this to be that hard. Companies like DocuSign have an account rep reach out to you. Others have a forum. Worst case, you can go ask a software engineer of theirs on LinkedIn and they can direct you to somebody.
