Is Stickiness, Traction, and Monetisation the right derisking prioritisation?

VCs intend to make money off you one way or another. At the very least I would consider not dismissing those who are upfront about it.

The only advantage of early profitability is to avoid taking VC money at all.<p>If the eventual money making plan for the owners is to sell out then profitability may have nothing to do with it.
