Have been reading this book about building daily habits and wondering if you guys have developed any habits that have really made a big solid positive impact in your life.<p>I mean apart from the usual like brushing teeth and shower, Are there any habits which you would suggest cultivating?<p>P.S. I'm thinking of starting 5 minute meditation and if anyone of you has been doing this would love to hear how long you were able to stick with it, and your thoughts about it from your own experience.
