NYC election board didn't remove test data from election results

I mean this whole thing makes zero sense in the first place.<p>Why are you moving on from the first round when you don&#x27;t have all the absentee votes (~120k outstanding votes) counted yet?<p>I get that it&#x27;s their first time running RCV and all, but this is basically a non-issue when SF runs elections.

One good thing is that this is just a primary election, so I think any of these hiccups will be smoothed over by the party. But if this was a two party election, I think this could look really bad.
