Reducing CO2 Emissions by Targeting the World's Hyper-Polluting Power Plants

What about the lng plants that release an absolute shitload of CO2 into the atmosphere after stripping it out of the gas, not to mention all the gas turbines they run off field gas for powergen and compression?
