Oh, bullpucky. This bully-cum-whiner isn't being censored; he's just not pulling in the money he expected. Google isn't blocking his column from being read, they're just not furnishing it with ads for the Daily Mail to monetize it.
Sure, that may be a breach of contract or something -- feels quite possible to me, so go ahead and sue them! -- but that's a matter of civil justice between two corporations, not "a threat to free speech!".
Sometimes Piers Morgan is a bully, sometimes he's a pathetic little whiner, sometimes he's a bit of both. Seems this is a case of the last: Google felt his previous column was bullying, so for this one they gave him something to whine about. News at 11.

Although the title is a bit provocative, the article is alleged google is blocking advertising revenue from articles or content it disagrees with.
If this is true, its almost certainly an exercise of monopoly power. Furthermore, it shows how destructive ad-revenue based content models are overall. Websites are already "optimized" is so many ways to maximize ad revenue, none of which benefit the readers. Going further to have to optimize for ideology as well is just another step in the long decline of online content.

It’s not just woke people. It’s anybody who is easily offended, a delicate snowflake filled with rage and aggression.
