Biden White House jammed on gas prices

Hypocrites. Their party has spent the last twelve years taking the american oilfield apart and now wants all the foreign powers to save them from the consequences of their actions.

My take is that USians are sanguine about the price of gas.<p>In most countries (e.g. Egypt, France) the most common cause of a riot is an increase in the price of fuel. People think the government is responsible for the price of fuel.<p>In the US people think the market is responsible for the price of fuel and they pay up at the pump or get a smaller car. USians never riot over fuel prices; the most likely cause of a riot in the US is the cops killed a black person and got acquitted.
