Vaccine passports will make hesitant people ‘even more reluctant to get jabbed’

&gt; Younger age groups, black British ethnicities (compared with white people) and non-English speakers were more likely to express a lower inclination to get vaccinated if passports were introduced.<p>So many people say that voter ID is racist, but no one says that ID for anything else is racist. Why? Has the Twitterati not come to that consensus?

I&#x27;m not pro- or anti-vaccine, I don&#x27;t really care.<p>The only somewhat lasting side-effect that I&#x27;ve noticed after my second shot: I have a chronic sinusitis that is pretty treatment resistant (cortisone spray helps somewhat; a second, larger operation is an option), and it got significantly better the day after I got pfizer&#x2F;biontech (first was AstraZeneca) and has stayed at a very manageable level since.<p>I have no clue whether there&#x27;s a causal relationship, but if there is, I&#x27;m fine with getting booster shots.

I am vaccinated but didn&#x27;t get a passport. In the EU there are QR codes to verify your status. I made a picture of it. If that isn&#x27;t enough, I take my business elsewhere.<p>Not feeling too safe to have a picture of it on my smartphone (Android) and while this is an exaggerated fear, I will delete it as soon as the panic is over.
