Our startup is looking for matchmaking between two sets of data. However, I have been unable to find any meaningful API-as-a-service from startups or mature companies. Are you aware of companies offering such a service?
Many years ago we used a product called SSA-Names with Oracle databases. We used it to scrub several sources of data to extract consistent customer records after a company merger.<p>In my experience every "match-making" project has very different requirements so it is hard to have a general purpose product. It is easier to write custom scripts / programs to get specific tasks done.
