Awesome. Something about the sentence structure... I can&#x27;t read it without Rod Serling narrating it word for word in my head. [edit] ... I just realized it&#x27;s that it&#x27;s in second person present... and that&#x27;s so rare in English prose, he&#x27;s the only narrator I associate with it.

Funny place to revert to - not so far back that you lose the memory of your wife-to-be, but far enough back to lose the entirety of that life together.<p>Maybe preserving some of that memory, without preserving so much it becomes too devastating?

Great story. The title got me thinking af the song &quot;Hall of Mirrors&quot; by Kraftwerk. Funny to read the lyrics of that song in the context of the story.
