Human hypocrisy is fueling American inequality.
Less triggers in that statement.
Too many people are hooked on addressing everything like it's a football game.
The statement "Black lives matter" is a statement by nature to me, not supposed to be an organization that changes the meaning and message of the statement. The money machine bends truths to serve it's profit. If we all begin to take a step back from partisan politics and stop listening to the profiteers that stoke controversy, we all think on a much more rational and reasonable level. That often includes ignoring sensationalized content, and making sure we each also don't contribute to creating, stoking, and funding it.
I was really shocked and mortified to find out that the Lincoln Project reportedly confessed to hiring people to stage the tiki torch march in Charlottsville VA (https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2021/oct/30/lincoln-proj...)... And also why it got very little publicity. That's the state we get to when a very sick climate of profit under socio-economic and race-based politics is fed.
