Ask HN: Do You Miss the TouchBar?

I like the concept of the Touch Bar for sure, but I have my laptop docked more often than not and use mechanical keyboards. So I won’t miss it on my next work machine.

I use it to control sound volume, and it’s convenient to check elapsed time/step slides (without the noise of hitting keys) during presentations.

I use the touch bar to pick colors for my terminal window. I miss that when touchie is not around.
