Moritz Körner, member of the European Parliament, asked on September 15th [1]:<p>> The Commission has invested a large amount of its resources into fighting the COVID-19 crisis. It was involved in the debates on, among other issues, keeping borders open, purchasing vaccines and developing common standards for COVID-19 tracking apps, all of which were supported by EU funds. Looking back at 18 months of dealing with the crisis, what conclusions does the Commission draw in the following areas based on the developments so far:<p>> 1.
